This session focuses on the challenges faced by the staff, as well as the performers, in a small ensemble. Facing problems unique to a smaller ensemble, the session will address musical, visual, instructional, and emotional issues. Topics include quality vs. quantity, building a staff, preparation routines, rehearsal techniques, and the impact of technology.
